The harder question about AI is where it belongs in the working week. Could it help you prepare a clearer briefing, turn meeting notes into useful actions, or handle a task your team repeats every week?
AI Ireland’s AI in Practice workshop gives business leaders time to explore those questions through hands-on work. Led by Mark Kelly, founder of AI Ireland, it is designed for CEOs, business owners and leaders in operations, HR, finance, customer services and transformation. You do not need a technical background.

Start with a real task
Bring your laptop and a non-confidential business challenge. Explore how to give an AI assistant useful context, assess its response and turn a promising interaction into a workflow you can repeat.
For example, work on turning non-confidential meeting notes into a draft action plan, then check the suggested owners, deadlines and missing information. Keep human judgement in control.
What you will work on
- A Context Brief explaining your role, organisation, audience and priorities.
- Practical prompts for documents, meetings, analysis, communications and planning.
- A shortlist of AI use cases relevant to your own work.
- A readiness view using the 5Ps: People, Process, Platforms, Proprietary Data, and Products & Services.
- Practical next steps for the following 90 days.
Bring access to the AI tool you normally use and avoid confidential material.
