Build Your First AI Agent
AI in Practice for business leaders
Bring one repetitive business task. Build a working first version of an AI agent or repeatable workflow. Leave ready to test it in your organisation.
A four-hour build lab for leaders who want to turn a real task into a practical AI workflow while learning how to check accuracy, protect data and introduce it responsibly.
Tell us about your team and the outcomes you want. We will recommend the right format.
Who it’s for
Built for leaders.
Not AI specialists.
You do not need a technical background.
This session is designed for leaders responsible for people, performance, customers, operations and organisational change.
Why this workshop
Most leaders don’t need more AI theory.
They need to know what to do next.
AI tools are developing quickly, but the leadership questions remain practical.
Where can AI actually help?
What should we use it for? How do we get people using it well? What information should we give it? Where are the risks? What should we start with?
This workshop is designed around those questions.
