Jac tells us how Dimply represents a forward-thinking approach to customer experiences in the financial sector. She elaborates that Dimply is not just an intelligent customer experience platform but a financial experience platform, eliminating friction in delivering customer journeys. “Our platform allows product, transformation, and digital teams to reach the market quicker with their customer experiences fully digitally,” Jac explains.

The platform’s inception stems from recognising the gap between numerous innovative customer experiences developed by product teams and the limited capacity of organisations to bring these to fruition. With a vision already set by Dimply’s founding team, Jac joined to align strategy, mission and innovation, making it easier than ever to realise inventive ideas in real-world applications.

Jac’s impressive journey into financial services began quite unexpectedly in late 1980s London, navigating through roles in insurance and unit trusts. Despite initial challenges, her drive resulted in proving herself in the finance world. “Massively forming” is how Jac describes her experiences in the UK, attributing her success to not just her work ethic, but to the leadership of exceptional mentors who took her under their wing.

Returning to Ireland, Jac the accumulated wealth of experience continued to offer numerous career roles across different sectors within financial services – each adding to her holistic understanding of the market’s nuances.

Jac’s shift from traditional finance to the technology sphere was driven by the challenges and frustrations rooted in legacy systems. The unmet needs of clients due to technological limitations inspired her towards involvement in building technological solutions. This shift paved the way for Dimply, as Jac embraced the opportunity to work on reg tech and enhance the service delivery experiences for financial clients, establishing a strong foundation in her regression towards evolving AI-driven solutions.

Jac also highlights the launch of Dimply’s AI agent, Holi, which marks a significant milestone, integrating AI’s potential with the platform’s capabilities. “We are working in trusted environments where regulation and precision are paramount,” Jac notes. The deterministic approach with AI is transforming the narrative in regulated industries, expediting solutions while maintaining trust and reliability. Dimply’s AI solutions assist clients in achieving holistic views, offering tailor-made customer experiences efficiently, thus reducing costs and enhancing client retention.

Jac speaks highly of Enterprise Ireland, recognising their pivotal role in Dimply’s expansion, particularly in the US. “Enterprise Ireland is instrumental, offering not just doors but strategic insights into market possibilities and suitable partnerships,” she observes. Their support echoes in Dimply’s successful navigation within new markets.

With 2026 now underway, Jac is optimistic as Dimply embarks on a product-driven growth strategy. This involves making the platform accessible widely, inviting more users to experience better financial outcomes through innovative technology. With aggressive market campaigns targeted at both the UK and the US, the aim is to cultivate new client bases and solidify Dimply’s position as a leader in financial technology.
