CDB Aviation Enhances Team Capabilities with AI Literacy Training

CDB Aviation, recognising the growing influence of AI in the aviation finance sector, sought to provide their international workforce with foundational AI knowledge. The company wanted a training solution that would help employees understand both the opportunities and responsibilities of AI use.

AI Ireland delivered a comprehensive training programme that covered:

Historical context and evolution of AI
Practical applications across finance, healthcare, and logistics
Workplace AI tools for contract review and customer service
Five key employee use cases: brainstorming, research, content creation, data analysis, and presentation development
EU AI Act compliance and best practices

Results

The training received positive feedback from participants, with the Human Resources Manager noting it was “Super relevant, engaging and interesting!”

The Chief People Officer also reported that “the feedback from the team was fabulous – folks were intrigued by the session.”
