Kieran has over 31 years’ experience in the technology industry and is currently the National Technology Officer for Microsoft Ireland, where his role is to help Public Sector customers address their challenges, fully realize their opportunities, and pursue their national priorities. He is responsible for positioning Microsoft as the partner technology company of choice and engendering trust, technology vision, strategic alignment, business model, business practices, and policy approaches to Microsoft customers.
